Glass artist Nanda Soderberg takes wine bottles bound for the recycling bin and reshapes them into vessels that retain only a hint of their past lives. This carafe is upcycled from a single wine bottle which Soderberg cuts in two sections heats in a kiln to make it pliable enough to reshape and transforms the fragments into a turret-like lidded carafe.
